We’ve ordered from here before with no issues, but this time was completely different. After placing my order through the app, they called and asked for my ID and debit card before they would deliver my pizza. When I asked why, he claimed ‘all Domino’s are doing that.’ I’ve never heard of needing to give personal info just to get a pizza delivered. Completely unacceptable — we won’t be ordering again.

Deeply disappointed with my recent experience with Domino's Pizza. I placed an order with high hopes, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a complete letdown. I regret to say that I must leave a one-star review due to two major issues: an incorrect delivery address and the subsequent lack of a refund. To begin with, despite providing the correct delivery address during the order process, I was astounded to discover that my order was delivered to an entirely different location. This misdelivery caused a great deal of inconvenience and frustration for me, as I had to spend additional time and effort rectifying the situation. I called on the day they got my order wrong, the person who answered phone told me that when you are ready we'll correct it, I said ok thank you. I call to order a next meal for my kids, the young lady who answered was polite, I said to her may I speak to your manager, when he came on the phone I explained what had happened I even told him I had a picture, this reply was it has been 20 days, my reply no one told me there was a time limit, then he said that too long. I said ok I see where this is going. I ordered a meal for my kids got to the store checked all my order and told them I don't need to cheat for a pizza when Domino's piece of the pie give it FREE.

They make best pizza ever. Employees are so friendly specially MD MAHI
