Domino's Pizza

I always order delivery from this place and it’s great. They’re fast and the pizzas always arrive quickly, hot, and delicious. Today was my first time going inside for a pick up order, and I gotta say it was possibly the cleanest pizza shop I’ve ever been in. It’s open concept so you can see the pizzas being made. There is a nice little dining area inside, and the staff was very friendly. I rarely post reviews these days, but I really wanted to give these people the props they deserve.

Guy that delivered it was really nice but he had a hard time finding my address which is pretty common but unfortunately I received a upside down pizza… things happen just make sure next time to have the pizza up straight! But other than that this location typically never goes wrong. First mess up in years.

Ordered on the app 10-20 minute to pick up. Took 45 minutes to actually be done. Terrible time expectation and than when app said completed it just sat up on the counter when clicked for car side.

The portions for the pasta bowls are ridiculously tiny (I’ve had to call to have them remade and it was clear they knew), no side of marinara was given or offered with the cheese sticks, our pizzas were clearly flipped on their side but still given to us upon delivery. Probably a solid 4 out of 4 bad experiences, will never order at the Biddeford location ever again.

Love dominos. Love there steak and cheese pizza- minus the steak lol (vegetarian)
