Domino's Pizza

Barely any sauce, missing the sauce I paid for. It’s been a long time since I last ordered from this location. I was hoping for a better experience than last time and it did not happen. Very dissatisfied with not just this location but with the company in general. I’ve had multiple issues with this scenario and others, which has led me to the low rating.

Normally I really like dominos pizza. However I ordered online for pickup it said would be ready in 17 mins. I arrive at the store 20 mins later and was told my order would be ready in 20 more mins. Obviously they had forgotten to put in the order. I wait 20 mins and go back inside, they said should be ready in about 10 mins. Then 10 mins later they tell me your pizza will be out of the oven in 5 mins. But we forgot your garlic Knotts so give us a few more mins. So I have now been here over an hour and finally it comes out. Never did they say sorry it took so long we apologize nothing. Guess I will be buying from the other guys next time

I placed my order online and for the SECOND time, the website glitched and didn't save the changes I made on my pizzas, so my food was made incorrectly. Then, of course, no one took responsibility for it. Not the store. Not corporate. They have a shoddy website that doesnt work correctly and they also dont care. So the 80$ I spent was a waste of money. Domino's is a disgusting, unfunny joke and they should be ashamed of themselves. And we will not be giving them our business ever again. I dont continue patron businesses that are shady, that lie, or that steal from their customers.

They did not put any cheese on the pizza, blamed me, and would not make it right. The manager was rude as well, and argued with me.

Pizza is always hot and fresh. The delivery drivers have the best attitude. They staff inside the store are friendly. Get the door! *I asked for light sauces and well done* *we ate a whole pizza and a half before photos even got took* *didn’t make it out the parking lot*
