At 10:30pm today I ordered food to my door and the driver (ANDREW) threw the food on the ground (SEE ATTACHED) I called the store and luckily the stores general manager (MADISON) answered the phone only to tell me that no disciplinary action will be taken against the driver and that I can send the video to corporate which I will be doing. Thanks Maddie!
Food was under cooked multiple times if you don’t know how to make pizza please stop making them….. I understand they under pay you as an employee but to ruin dinner for a family and give them all the runs is a bit wild. The last few times we ordered here it’s been crappie and not prepared well. I order every other weekend for the cheese to look watery and crust not fully cooked is a bit disrespectful.
I didn't receive my full order I didn't notice till.the next day and when I called in to say something I was told you snooze you loose. It was only a 2 liter of soda but it was mine I paid for it yet I didn't receive it
They always deliver to me for 5 years I’ve been living here and all of a sudden they won’t deliver to me now
The pizza was ready on time, very hot and fresh. The sauce had a tasty 'kick' to it. The service was efficient, excellent, and courteous! Satisfied customer who will be returning. Keep up the great work! 👍🏼
