We love this location so much better than other location. Always great consistent food. Staff is so friendly and polite. It is farther yet I always order here. Keep up the good work.

Normally, I don't have an issue with this location. But tonight, my food sat over a half hour before it was delivered. I don't mind if it takes over an hour for delivery, but the order should be semi-fresh when it gets here. It was dried out and barely warm when it got here, and the wrong sandwich was given. Check the receipt and text message. Order ready at 8:08 PM and order delivered at 8:38. You can also see buffalo chicken sandwich on the receipt, but a very dry chicken bacon ranch given to me instead.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the management and staff's behavior. As a regular customer, I am disappointed and will no longer place orders. The individual claiming to be the manager refused to identify himself until I began recording the conversation. I have never experienced such poor treatment and discriminatory behavior due to my hearing impairment. I intend to consult with a lawyer regarding this incident. He threatened to call the police on me; was it because I wasn't wearing my hearing aid? Repeating that I'm being loud when I'm not wearing my hearing aid was absolutely rude and unprofessional. I highly recommend that you provide some training for these employees.

The pizza was thin and so greasy.

Usually pretty good ,this time it was awful. I can tell that the people who made this just didn’t care at all. Just chicken on the “loaded” buffalo chicken and the wings barely had sauce on them. I won’t be ordering from here again.
