Domino's Pizza

This is the second time we have ordered from domino's in anaconda and our food arrived burnt. Our pizza is also missing crust on 3 pieces. This is ridiculous. We will not be giving our money to this location ever again.

SHOULD BE ZERO STARS! This place is a train wreck, the staff is incredible rude and the food has been extremely poor each time. The last time I ordered online, I received the confirmation email. 20 minutes later, I received an email saying that they could not fulfill my order at this time and my order has been cancelled. I called the store and the ignorant employee told me it was my fault the order was cancelled even though my card had been charged. I told him that they had better refund my card then since it was their screw up and he told me not to "threaten him". This place is a joke and that will be the last time I deal with them. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!

Ordered Mac and cheese at 11:45pm the food arrived shortly after midnight. I ordered Mac and cheese and got literally just cheese. Google says the store is open until 1am. I called and the phone said they were closed. So I paid $7 for cheese. Unacceptable.

I have ordered one or two times a month since they opened and for the most part it has been a good experience and the food has been great. A couple times they didn't add a topping, or the service was kind of slow, but most of the time they are pretty on point.

We called in 1 pizza while we got unpacking at our hotel while on a road trip. We were given a 45 minute wait for 1 pizza. We ordered anyways because it gave us a bit of time to explore the city. When we got there, it wasn’t ready. They said it’d be out in at least 20 minutes. Over 1 hour for a pizza? There were only 3 people working. 1 making pizza, one boxing it, and the other person taking personal calls on their cell phone. When we got it I opened it to check and it wasn’t made correctly, they said they could remake it if we wanted to wait another 20-30 minutes. Obviously not. We’ve been on the road all day and we’re tired and hungry and already had to wait over an hour for an incorrectly made pizza. No refund or anything.
