7 Gables Resort

We decided to stop here for drinks and a burger after skiing. We had not dined-in at gables since it the new ownership and remodel. I'm giving it two stars instead of one because the remodel looks nice, the inside is much cleaner and more modern. But that's where the good news ends. The bad news is that we never got a chance to eat there. Upon walking in, it was unclear whether we should seat ourselves or wait to be seated. There was no sign and no greeting from any of the staff. But, the folks in front of us went ahead and grabbed a table so we did the same. There were plenty of open spots at the bar and at tables. I would say the restaurant was about 1/3 full, so not dead but not busy. Then we proceeded to sit there. And sit there. And sit there. I tried to make eye contact with the mu

We went for a stay and I tell you the rooms were so delightful! It was a great little inn. The restaurant food was amazing and the staff were so kind.

Sierra was absolutely wonderful! My friends and I were definitely in high spirits that night — a little goofy and having a few too many drinks — but she handled us with so much patience and grace. She was kind, attentive, and made sure we felt well taken care of the whole time. Thank you, Sierra, for being such a sweetheart! P.S. The chicken was absolutely delicious as well!

Stopped by with my dad and the food was awesome. The fried chicken was some of the best I've had in Montana. The atmosphere was very welcoming. Highly recommend and I can't wait to come back.

I am so impressed with the remodel and updated menu! It’s clear that the locals who took over 7 Gables wanted to honor the traditions while also providing a fresh menu and an upgraded facility. The service was fantastic! I suggest the chicken strips. The skillet cookie was a hit with everyone!
