Domino's Pizza

All Dominos are not created equally 😭😭😭 Learned a valuable lesson about looking at reviews before buying…. Paid $17 for a pizza with extra Pepperoni. 🍕 No extra Pepperoni 🤯😳😱🥺😭

We used to love this store. Ordered once a week at times for months. All of a sudden, the last 5 times, we've had issue upon issue and had drivers be absolutely awful. From not following delivery instructions because "it's dark out here" (we have a motion activated light), to "if y'all don't tip, we aren't driving out here anymore... It's 13 miles (Google maps says it's 4.8 miles) or to ring a doorbell despite (again) clear instructions, waking a house of sleeping kids. We kept giving chances because we'd always had great service and excellent food until very recently! (Note: we used to tip, but felt it was unfair to spend money we barely have to just get normal service again). I ordered pizza first time from this store using cellphone application. I am from Maryland however, I am here for my family visit. I noticed that both pizza has less topping in comparison with other Domino's store that I have ordered pizza other than that pizza taste was as expected and ordered was also ready very quick. One more other thing that I noticed that one pan pizza was not in shape that you can check in picture. Garlic seasoned was not applied properly on pizza crust. This is happened everytime when I ordered pizza.

I ordered 2 Philly Cheesesteak sandwiches and this is how they arrived. Just toasted bread & a few shavings of steak😂 NEVER AGAIN! (Steve the delivery guy was cool tho)

It's been a while since I've ordered Dominos Pizza, and it will probably be awhile before I do it again. The "pizza tracker" notified me that my pizza left the store at 5:31, and delivered at 5:40. But my pizza and wings arrived at 6:14. The pizza was still warm, but the wings were slimy by the time they arrived. The driver was friendly, but certainly didn't have much pep in his step.
