Carrie has done my taxes for several years. .she is excellent. I just need to get my info to her in a reasonable amount of time, and she gets them done. She did have some health issues a bit ago and was honest that she needed to take a little time off. She still got my taxes done on time.
Zero stars. We dropped off our tax info weeks ago. No communication. She has ghosted us and taxes are due today. She has all of our forms and is out of the office until next week. Don’t trust this place.
