Super cute storefront that is very small but luckily we didn’t have to fight any crowds so got to take our time deciding. The donuts were chewy but in a pleasant way that I enjoyed, not sour like sourdough but having a denser texture than a regular greasy fried donut. I loved the matcha heart shaped one with cream in the middle. It was fluffy, airy cream rather than a custard. I have never tasted anything vegan like it before! The balance of sweetness was great, too. Subtle flavors on the maple twist and fritter, but the hazelnut torte donut and salted vanilla packed punches. Both ends of the spectrum were delicious and I’m excited to try some different flavors next time I go (and hope for more of that cream!) House coffee was also nice and not too bitter.
Doe Donuts are the best donuts in the world! You wouldn’t know that they are vegan just by the taste of them. They always have a variety of sweet donuts (as well as seasonal varieties). But my favorite are the savory donuts! I had a BLT donut during my last visit, which was to die for! Another past favorite was their macaroni and cheese donut (Don’t knock it until you try it!)
This has better donuts quality and selection than the other well known donut shop in Portland. Most of there donuts are edible not just cereal on top of donut. They seem to put some thought into there unique flavors. The Portland fog is amazing and the lemon poppy. Off sandy a bit difficult to find parking but they do have a quick 30 min parking that fits roughly 3 cars. The location inside is bit small really designed for grab and go or possibly when the nice weather comes to be able to eat in the area outside. Like much of Portland some homeless people around asking for money or doing drugs. Keep eye on kids.
Great selection of expensive vegan donuts The donuts taste great. At least the ones I had the Dubai chocolate doughnut is a bit overpriced. Portland dough is great classic for them. The apple fritter is good too. The whipped cream, however, just doesn’t taste even close to dairy and was so so based on my taste.
These vegan donuts are so scrumptious they taste better than any other! Pączkis and Beignets for Fat Tuesday Mardi Gras were rich, flavorful, outstanding. We ordered each of the variety: Beignets: vanilla filled, chocolate filled. Pączkis: raspberry filled, traditional, banana pecan. Every single one was delicious and it was enough a large group to eat!!!! Best vegan treats in Portland 🎊
