Dodge County Murrell Memorial Library

Since new management has taken over the library, I have really enjoyed all the new events and books. New employees are very helpful with finding books and any computer projects you may need help with.

Awesome library, new to the area and got a library card, everyone was pleasant and helpful in finding my son books he was interested in

White lady up front was just mean and rude for no reason . Acted like she didn’t have any patience or anything. I mean cmon you’re working at a library you shouldn’t be that miserable. I didn’t get her name but she should be fired! But when someone white came in she didn’t have any problem with them. Racist!! ! I bit my tongue and walked out. Never coming back again and advise people not to come to this library anymore.

Most uncomfortable visit to a public library I've ever experienced. I only give this two stars because it's close to my house. The ladies just started at me as if surprised to see a black person. As I proceed to walk it its almost like they wanted to get up and stop me and then asked me multiple times if I was here to look at books. As if this isn't a LIBRARY, now I know you can do other things at a library but I've never been questioned for my reason to be in a library. After the questions I was then stared at even more so I just left. I'll just buy my books online.

I received the worst service from the white lady at the desk today. I get so tired of these poor white people complaining and providing horrible service because they are stuck in poverty. Don't be racist because there are so many white people in America and other races deserve something more than 8.00 per hour too. Please get it together Dodge County!!
