Dixie Queen

First time in Memphis and decided to try this place. Let's just say, this place deserves ZERO stars. The ordering microphone/speaker system does not work at all. You cant understand them, they cant understand you. Not ideal when you want to use drive-thru. Get to the window to pay, the worker cracks the window just enough to get my card to pay, nothing further. Wait about 5 minutes for my food. She then, cracks it open just enough for the food to get out, nothing more. Very rude. What was the reason? Forget to give me my second drink, so I wait at the window and she ignores me for 5 minutes. Finally gets back to the window and realizes we are the same people and I ask her for my second drink and she said "I only charged you for one, not 2." I said " okay, I'll pay for a second one" and s

The best burgers around and cheap. The place looks suspect but that's all the Dixie Queen locations. I like the fact that they stay open 24 hours. I will return for those spicy fries.

This place was so nostalgic! It’s like an old fashioned malt stand from my childhood living in the south. Burgers, shakes, sno cones, etc. I really like that the orders are cooked fresh, so please be prepared for a short wait time, BUT, it is worth the wait! Although it was a little busy, the woman at the window worked quickly preparing orders and she was also very pleasant.I ordered the nachos with cheese and added chili. The chili was delicious! I recommend for a light snack/lunch out if you’re in the mood for a little nostalgia. Will I visit again? Absolutely!

This was my 1st time eating at this restaurant and I order the 3 piece fish with fries. The fish was so good but the fries wasn't good at all and their drinks was very flat I got a Pepsi and gave it back got a sprite and threw it away. Had to stop at a gas station to get a drink. 5 stars is going towards fish only.

Fast, friendly drive through service. I ordered the double cheeseburger, fries and large Dr. Pepper. Did not disappoint, it was all really good.
