I visited Divan with my girls this evening, and from start to finish, the experience was exceptional. The evening began with Andrew greeting us at the door warm, welcoming, and genuinely personable. He made us feel valued immediately and took the time to thoughtfully answer all of our questions about the menu, which truly elevated the entire experience. The food was outstanding. The fettuccine was rich, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The mussels were fresh and beautifully seasoned, and the spicy shrimp had just the right balance of heat and depth. Every dish felt intentional and crafted with care. And the espresso martini? Hands down one of the best I’ve ever had smooth, bold, and perfectly balanced. Divan delivered on service, ambiance, and flavor. An easy 10 out of 10. I will abs
Divan is undoubtedly a ATL staple. My first two experiences were a 5/5. I was with my partner and had lamb chops, vanilla old fashion and mussels on both occasions. I was pleased with the service and had a great time. Unfortunately, I took my girlfriend there today and I was disappointed with the food. The service was still exceptional and left nothing to be desired. I went for the vanilla old fashion again, it was so strong that it was not enjoyable. Half of the mussels did not have any mussels in them. The goat cheese was 5/5 and that saved the appetizer portion of our dinner. I tried the lamb shank today with spinach. Both were very salty and I regret not getting the chops like I did last two times. I took a point away for food as I've had two exceptional experiences and one bad one.
Divan is a walking distance from Hampton Inn and Suites Midtown. We may have caught them on a tough Thursday night . Our waitress was usually a bartender. Service was slow. Especially with the little 8oz water glasses. The hummus was good. Taste was fresh. Just like I make at home. My lamb chops were ordered medium were more well-done. I waited so long I didn't want to complain 😬. The 6spice potatoes I'm not sure what 6 spices we are referring too because they were a miss too. The Spinach was yum but it's fresh sautéed spinach hard to mess up. It was a miss. First meal of the day after flying in but a miss. I would give the restaurant a 2nd chance due to what I perceive as low staff also in kitchen due to the wait for the appetizer and then the wait for the entree as if Gordom Ramsey w
Divan was such a beautiful experience from start to finish. The ambiance is stunning—romantic, cozy, and elegant. What truly elevated our experience was the service. DR. DAVID, our waiter, was absolutely AMAZING, attentive, professional, and genuinely kind. He explained the menu patiently, gave great recommendations, and checked in on us just the right amount. His service made us feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout the evening. We’ll definitely be coming back 🥰
My boyfriend took me to Divan for my birthday. It was a surprise. I loved the ambience from when we walked in. The host was super amazing. Our server Liz was above and beyond professional, super sweet and friendly. She took time to go through the menu options. I had the shish kabobs and my boyfriend had the sea bass. Liz recommended duck for appetizer which we’ve never had before and it was so good. My boyfriend took me there because of the pics and reviews he saw online especially the “happy birthday” written on the plate. We got all that and more. Liz recommended tiramisu as dessert and it was sooo amazing. We had ice cream too as dessert. Oh, the private dining room was a plus too. The valet guy was super nice too. This place I give it 10/10 and will definitely visit again.
