Steve did our wedding cake on 10/11/25 and it was delicious ! From our first meeting with him he was very attentive, and drew up exactly the type of cake we were looking for. He literally made my Pinterest cake photo into reality. The cake not only looked stunning but it tasted so good too. The cake was so fresh and flavorful. The frosting was delicious. Our guests were raving about it ! We are so happy we chose DiSorbo’s for our wedding cake! 11/10 would recommend DiSorbo’s for your wedding cake or any cake you need ! Thank you Steve!

Steve and his team are absolutely amazing and so talented! He designed our wedding cake and took every precaution when it came to my allergy to strawberry! Our cake was absolutely gorgeous and tasted delicious. We will forever use DiSorbos for all our future bakery needs

We had a great experience with our wedding baker! Booking a tasting was super easy, and as someone planning from out of state with limited time in CT, I really appreciated how flexible and accommodating they were. The tasting was so fun, and our cake turned out absolutely delicious and stunning! We didn’t have to worry about a thing on the day—they coordinated directly with our venue, and the cake was there waiting for us when we arrived. Highly recommend!

They prepared and delivered the cakes for our wedding (in Norwalk). We truly appreciated the ease of the entire process. Planning a wedding can be pretty stressful but they made the cake process very easy and were able to make my cake vision come true! EVERYONE loved the red velvet with the cannoli filling and buttercream frosting!!! Typically red velvet is more of an acquired taste but they all loved it with the cannoli filling! The flavors all balanced so well!

We go to DiSorbos often for pastries, but did you know that they do wedding cakes there too?! It's called "Custom Cakes by Steve." They did our wedding cake and it turned out beautiful. We had a lantern theme since it was a fall wedding. He incorporated it into our cake. Check it out!
