Dion's Pizza

First time ordering from this location and unfortunately, it was disappointing. The garlic bread was the only highlight. Both the cheese and veggie pizzas were dry with almost no sauce, which really affected the flavor. Hoping this location can improve, but I won’t be returning for now.

The pizza here was very good. We ordered a large and that fed 3 of us. The price is a little high but the pizza was very large and very tasty. It’s a little confusing as to wear to pick up the pizza. There was one line for pickup, dining in, and door dash. I didn’t know where to go to get my pizza. A nice young man named Christian helped me out. The atmosphere is pleasant and the restaurant looked clean and well put together.

Update: I’m leaving my original review as is, but I’ve changed my star rating because the manager called me today to resolve the problem. I genuinely appreciate the effort and was impressed by the management’s commitment to customer satisfaction. If you’re on any kind of schedule, do NOT go to this Dion’s location. The customer service is consistently poor. The first time I visited, I simply wanted to buy a ball of dough—it took them 15 minutes just to get that ready. I brushed it off at the time, but after today’s experience, I felt it was necessary to leave a review. I placed an online order that originally said it would be ready in 15 minutes. This is the first time I had been to Dion’s Pizza and I have to say it didn’t disappoint. The pizza was fresh, the crust is soft but has a perfect crisp edge (especially if you ask for it well done), and the ingredients taste high quality. You can tell everything is made with care. I love how family-friendly and fast the service is. Whether you’re dining in or grabbing it to-go, the staff is always kind and efficient. Plus, for the price, the portions are generous, making it an easy win for feeding the whole family without breaking the bank. If you’re looking for a casual, consistent place to grab a good pizza (and maybe a killer sub or salad on the side), Dion’s is a great pick. It might not be fancy or super gourmet, but it absolutely delivers on flavor and value.

We love Dion’s! It’s the best you can get in this part of town, we’ve tried them all. The food is always great, warm, and reasonably priced. The drive-thru is a fantastically convenient perk!
