The employees here went well above and beyond for us when we needed it most. One of our fryers went out and they waited an hour for us after the store closed on a Saturday to make sure we got it! The GM Tony and David were amazing! Thank you guys. You have our business.

Went in today to find some materials for my store. I found the item and when I get to the register it was not the price listed. They clearly had these items as a set. However the staff did not take the time to verify the items in the store, they only went by the computer. I had to practically beg for someone to verify the pricing. When they finally come, instead of honoring the price displayed, they just removed the pricing all together. On top of the horrible customer the items were grossly overpriced. This will be mt last time visiting!!

This company is a joke. First I talked to a man named Brian Gallagher and we agreed on a price a fair price. Then the delivery was not complete half my order was missing and I shut my diner down to install this grill and he forgot to add my table and I the customer had to drive 2 hours to get my order just so it would be installed in a timely fashion. Also we agreed on a price then he overcharged me and was very unprofessional and didn’t make it right by us.. I will never use this company and I advise you to get it in writing before cause they never sent me an invoice of an amount prior to installation it was based on his word versus mine and I got screwed … so use another company or don’t deal with Brian Gallagher … it’s sad cause we are hard working people and I put my trust in a compan

They usually have what I need or can get it. The staff are so helpful and courteous.

Tammy store manager is super. Toni and Ashley were pleasant and helpful. I called Tammy explaining I needed a part for a piece of kitchen equipment. It was late in the day with the store closing at 5pm. I was on my way to the store already. Concerned I wasn't going to arrive before closing time. Tammy pulled the item from the inventory on hand and had it waiting for me when I arrived. Thank you for the GREAT customer service. Will gladly shop at the store again.
