Dickey's Barbecue Pit - Summerfield

I ordered a rack and a half of ribs using the online order system the day prior to a family gathering at my house. Mr. Yadesh (spelling?) and Sean had the ribs ready to go on-time and were very helpful with putting together the serving trays I needed. Everyone in my family loved the ribs and sauces we served and there was plenty to serve 7 people! I have eaten here before and all the other dishes I have tried have been excellent, too! I hope some people are not put off by the restaurant being inside the entry to Walmart, because I have found it to be much easier to do some shopping there and pickup a bite, or take home some food, much easier than making a separate trip to another restaurant. I highly recommend Dickey's BBQ Pit!

The loaded potato with meat was so good my soul left my body and ascended to heaven. I don't think my taste buds will ever be blessed this much ever again. Shawn (worker) has blessed my life with the potato he made. Amazing worker.

Sean has great customer service. Accommodating, amazing, and always makes us spectacular potatoes!!! Never had to make a single complaint!!! Food is always perfect!!!

So glad they've upgraded the quality and service. We're impressed. In the past, we had tried this Dickey's and wasn't very impressed at all. So, it took us a while to give it a second try. I'm soooo glad we did. Food very tasty and staff accommodating and friendly. I suggest you guys give it a try.

I had an amazing experience at this Dickey’s location. The food was great, but the service was truly outstanding. Sean was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive from the moment we walked in. He checked on us multiple times and made sure we had everything we needed. The rest of the staff was also fantastic: friendly, efficient, and clearly working well together. You can really tell that everyone here takes pride in what they do, and the restaurant feels organized, clean, and well cared for because of it. Sean and the whole team went above and beyond to make our visit smooth and enjoyable. We will definitely be back!
