Dickey's Barbecue Pit

This Dickeys provided our whole Thanksgiving meal! Cajun turkey, Mac, baked potato casserole, green beans, dressing and rolls! The food was amazing! Such an easy, organized process. It all came with heating instructions also. Thank you so much! My whole family was full and happy and we did not have to cook!!

$32.00 for three chopped beef sandwiches. I get inflation but this is highway robbery. They charged me $1.00 a sandwich to chop the beef. Give me a freakin break On top of that the sandwich tucked. From now on it's Soulmans!!

Terrible service!! I walked in and was never greeted. The older Caucasian man behind the counter just continued to wrap meat as if I was NOT standing there waiting to order. If I could give zero stars I would…. At least let a person know YOU SEE THEM!

The food is great at this location. Communication is lacking with the employees at times. My order isn’t always exact, but it’s always delicious!

I've never really liked Dickie's as far as BBQ goes but with limited choices in the area I gave the Rowlett one a shot. Yup, still don't think Dickie's knows much about BBQ. Poor flavor, too greasy, and to top it off there was some plastic in one of the sandwiches. We threw it all away. Never again.
