Dickey's Barbecue Pit

Very clean looking establishment. Greeted by polite and helpful employee. I got the one meat plate, beef brisket. The baked potato casserole is positively delicious! Especially with the gravy.

I want to start with the fact that I have never left a bad review on google. Not once and it saddens me to do so. This is the first and last time I will be ordering from Dickeys BBQ. I have never been so disappointed and also insulted by a restaurant in my life. I had a corporate lunch I needed to order and have delivered in a specific time frame for a scheduled lunch slot. Dickeys BBQ was recommended as fast, convenient and good for the value place to order from. I placed a decent sized order via a food delivery app for lunch at our office. I've worked in the restaurant industry in the past and knew it was a large order. I allowed plenty of time for the order to be fulfilled. [It took 90+minutes]. I had no issues with that even. Cold, small servings. The meat was actually so dry and the rib they gave me was actually just purely burnt carbon. Not worth it by a long shot. I think the walmart deli does a better job than whoever is the cook here. So so bad. I’d consider it a scam. Already emailed corporate but I’ll bet anything whoever responds to this comment is going to ask me to email corporate again for “more info”.

Brisket was dry and VERYYYY SALTY!!! And I mean salty as if you're eating a spoon of salt! Could of been a bad chef that day cause idk why others are giving out 5 stars. Reply to owner: I'm not even the customer you're talking about so before you reply to a review, check your facts. I'm just simply putting in a review that the brisket I received was dry and salty and for others to be aware. Learn how to accept criticism or check on your staffs on how theyre seasoning/cooking the meat.

Delicious as always. The person helping me was very friendly and helpful. He was the only one working and still got my food out in a timely manner. Thanks for a good meal 👍
