Dickey's Barbecue Pit

The quality is exceptional. The ribs are of a caliber that would be competitive in any culinary contest. I was particularly impressed with the outstanding service and the amiable demeanor of the staff. The cuisine is superb, and I anticipate returning in the near future. I placed an order for takeout in anticipation of the Super Bowl event.

I had been here before over a year ago then I heard they were under new management and had a new cook. I saw people saying it was much better now so I had to come in and see for myself especially since it's so close to my job. I love ribs. I came in here with my mouth watering ready to tear up some ribs. Unfortunately I was super disappointed. The ribs were not good they had more of a smokey flavor than the grilled flavor that I love and no seasoning.Also they were short ribs but they charged same price as regular ribs.I had ordered baked beans as one of my sides and they were the worst. They taste like can pork and beans with a lot of pepper and a tad of BBQ sauce. I also had the loaded mash potatoes and they were not great but they were the best part of the meal. New Owners have really stepped up and showed out. This is pure southern style BBQ and service. The Meat Master GouldMouf takes pride in product. A must try and go back over and over again!

You forgot my baked beans and the barbecue for both pulled pork sandwiches. This is strike 3. Never ordering from here again. It’s dry and completely inedible. Oh and ITS NOT EVEN PULLED PORK!

This place is a disgrace to the Dickey's brand. Please don't visit this location. They served me food scraps, even worse they charged me money to take out their trash. The turkey was beyond burnt. The 2 pieces of brisket they gave me were inedible. One was a big chunk of the fat cap and the other was a slice of bland over-cooked brisket...hard as a rock. It all went in the trash. Normally use get a roll or some bread... nothing. The highlight was the fried okra. The owner was friendly, but lacks any standards and puts profit before quality. You've been warned, spend your money elsewhere!
