Diablos Southwest Grill

Fantastic food. Super fresh and tasty. The servings are generous and everything tastes amazing. I really enjoyed my pork burrito, the rest of the family loved their meals too.

Beats Chipotle due to their continued fall in quality. Willy's and Diablo is a tie that you have to decide for yourself. Willy's better salsas, less harsh lighting, solid; Diablo slightly more flavors happening and better chips. With that said, let me break down the good and the bad. Good: Food was all cooked properly, place was clean, good flavors with decent salsa options. At the register there is also a spicy vinaigrette which can add a new, extra layer of flavor but BE SPARING with it or it'll wreck shop. Decor was decent, seems they'll have beer options soon. I will likely return for a second shot and a different meal option. Charging stations at the table. Bad: Ever so slightly pricier than Willy's, probably on par with Chipotle..it's close. I ordered double chicken and got pinto beans instead. They don't chop up the bell peppers adequately. It's 13.74 for double chicken and 8.99 for veggie. They just robbed me of 4.75 +tax.

Had a late lunch at Diablo's. I liked the simple, uncomplicated menu. I ordered the 3 tacos (I chose soft) 2 beef, 1 chicken. Selected some standard toppings, beans, lettuce, pico, cheese, and ranch dressing. My lunch partner selected a brisket burrito, well stuffed with assorted fillings, in a spinach wrap. The tacos and burrito were delicious and they have a mild fire roasted salsa that goes great with the warm chips provided with each meal. We will definitely return to sample other menu items.

Ordered online and picked up without a problem. Food was good and hot. Better than Chipotle and a lot more food too!
