D'Floridian

I’ve been to Miami many times for work and I’ve had some of the best Cuban food that there is to have in the US. This place is great! Nothing ever compares to the Cuban food you get in Miami, but in North Georgia, D’Floridian is as close as it gets! My wife and I have been a few times now and love the vide and food. The food is delicious and the employees are friendly. Plenty of space and live music sometimes at night on the weekends. Can’t wait to go back!

The food was absolutely 100% flavorless. I will never eat Cuban food again for the rest of my life. Every bit of it was extremely dry and overcooked. If you want something tasty, this is not the place. All I can say is that it is completely bland.

Both my wife and I were born and raised in South Florida so we have been eating Cuban food forever. D'Floridian offers authentic cuban food served the way we love it! The atmosphere was great and the service impeccable. Lastly, if you find yourself in Pembroke Pines, FL, be sure to eat at Las Vegas Cuban Restaurant! They have the best mojito (garlic) sauce you have ever tasted! Oh, and don't forget to order flan!

First, I want to apologize if this review sounds harsh. I read other reviews and they all were all written. With mine, I want to be honest with my experience but at the same time I want to leave room for improvement. The atmosphere at D’Floridian in Woodstock was very nice, and the servers were friendly and welcoming, which I really appreciated. I was excited to try their Cuban food, but unfortunately, while the dishes looked authentic, the taste just wasn’t there for me. The flavors felt too mild and didn’t capture the bold, rich seasoning I usually associate with Cuban cuisine. I truly wanted to love it, and I hope with a little adjustment to the flavor, this place can really shine because everything else was lovely. I will have to agree with other reviews. While the restaurant was beautiful and our server welcoming, the food is very bland. I also feel like we specifically told our server we were on lunch and they were not very mindful of getting us out of there at a reasonable time. Very charming, almost too charming. lol
