From the second you walk in to the very second you walk out, backwards because you’re too busy chatting, you feel like family. The employees really care and will always make time for a conversation or to pray with you. The atmosphere is relaxing and homey and the most comfortable chairs you will ever sit in welcome you. The teas, donuts and shakes are absolutely delicious and the staff that make them are even better. This is evident in the fact that many prior employees still frequently stop in. Jesus is all through this place. The owner, Lia, does so much for the community from fundraisers to teacher deliveries to Bible studies to monthly events. I am proud to be her friend and her customer.

Every detail of this place is so intentional, from the chalk area for the kids, to the board games, to the genuinely welcoming staff. It’s so much more than just a shake and a tea. You know that feeling when you talk to someone new, but it feels like you’ve known them your whole life? That’s exactly how it feels when you walk in. Thank you for serving our community!

One of my favorite shops in the area. I have visited a few of these nutrition shops since stumbling across this one.They have a great drink variety and shake variety. Staff is great. Very upbeat! Cost is in comparison with other shops. If you are complaining that $11 is a bit much for a meal replacement shake.... well, all I can say is you can go to any fast food restaurant and pay way more than $11 for a meal that's not the least bit healthy. These shakes are amazing! My fave shakes ... Dirt Cake and Carolina Puddin'. My fave teas... Blue Hawaiian and Surf Shack.

We always feel so welcome in their cozy little shop. They have the friendliest staff and amazing teas!
