You cannot beat the location - literally 5 minutes from Devil's Tower! It makes a difference if you don't want to get caught up in the traffic jams that can happen on the road to the monument. ||I wasn't sure what the place was like, but it was ok. It's definitely for the more outdoor and casual crowd (a lot of people stay here to climb the tower). Our rooms (Windows Room, Burning Daylight, Durrance Suite) were all very uniquely decorated. (Durrance Suite is downstairs, so if you have issues with stairs, it won't work for you.) Since the house was formerly someone's home, it felt very comfy - had an interesting 1950s/1960s vibe to it (so like my parents' house to me!)||We were there during beetle season, so we had a number of beetles in our rooms, which we removed.||Rachel and Gabe are awe

Incredible experience!!! We stayed one night in the cottage and got to experience the amazing views of the monument, as well as dinner and breakfast with amazing people. The cottage itself is comfortable, but if you are staying here and like particular creature comforts, make sure you bring tea, coffee, creamers, bottled water, sodas etc. before you head into the park as there are no stores or purchase options once you are in. The line to get into the park can take at least an hour so you won't want to leave once you are in. The water is very, very hard, so the hosts gave us a jug of filtered water to help out. There is a fridge in the cottage which is nice, and a small stove top for cooking if needed. Be prepared for tents to pop up in the lawn near the cottage, as the hosts are wonderful

In a word, WOW!!! What a gem this lodge/B and B is. We were warmly greeted by staff member Glen, who showed us around the place and took us to our room, The Green Room. Such a comfortable room, and the icing on the cake was the airy bathroom with toilet and shower looking out a large window right at Devils Tower. There are curtains to close if you are squeamish, but there is only an open field behind the lodge, and honestly, I have never been in such a spectacular bathroom or taken a more splendid shower. Shortly after our arrival I heard baby noises coming from the kitchen, I peeked my head in and met the owner Rachel, and her adorable son, Peter, along with an equally delightful woman who prepares the meals (I have forgotten her name, sorry!). Later on we met Rachels husband, Gab

I came out to Devils Tower Lodge for two days of rock climbing on the tower. I stayed in the Green room, because the website described it as the darkest room, and it did not disappoint! I was surprised to find a spectacular view of Devils Tower from the oversized bathtub! I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I found the lodge to be quaint and artfully decorated. All of the staff were superbly, kind, and accommodating! Many of the climbing guides could be found on the couch telling stories of past adventures. There’s a large common area with couches and a massive bookshelf full of books to peruse, and guests often gathered together and shared conversation (Perhaps this is a moot point, because when you’re there, the people I met won’t be there, but I digress) Whether you come to climb, to h

We had the pleasure of staying at Devils Tower Lodge in late August / early September 2025. We are climbers and hikers and wanted a place close to the Tower that also provided food. We found so much more. The location provided incredible views of the Tower from our lodging window. The breakfasts (included) and suppers (additional) allowed us to spend our time exploring and experiencing the area. The meals were served family style and allowed us to share stories, and travel plans with so many like-minded travelers. The staff was amazing, felt like family by the time we left, and we had many great discussions of adventure and experiences. Many of the staff were also accomplished athletes and climbers who have many experiences to share. I highly recommend this as a great immersive stop f
