Derby's Bar & Restaurant

We had a great lunch there today. Giant portions ! Food was excellent. Soup was delicious. I had vegetable beef. Morgan took care of us! Awesome experience!

I stopped at Derby's after spending some time at the Delaware State Fair just down the road and I couldn't quite make up my mind what I wanted to eat. Seeing no big deals, I decided to stop here and enjoy a local restaurant. Derby's is pretty much the local watering hole for Harrington and has an atmosphere of a small-town restaurant. It was clean and well-kept and felt like I had plenty of room in the dining area. Nothing spectacular but it felt right in line with a local institution. They also have quite the variety of items in their menu as well. Anything from burgers and sandwiches to steaks and well...the other "steak" (aka cheesesteaks) and seafood. We love going to Derby’s and sitting at the bar with Jess our bartender. She is very good at making our drinks and if I’m not sure what I’m feeling, she has suggestions for you, always has been a good choice for me. Jess has a wonderful personality and is always interacting with all of her customers and knows what her customers want. Derby’s is very lucky to have her on their team 🩷

Food was delicious as always! I live coming to Derby's to eat! Our server Lori was super friendly and helped us with whatever we needed!

Justin was a very attentive service, very personable, had a great memory and offered wonderful suggestions. He knew the menu and specials to assist us out-of-towners find a nice Delaware specialty. I really liked the crab dishes, soups and shrimp linguini. Will come again!
