Saved my life when I was trapped on the summit very understanding department your life will always be their top priority no matter how late or cold it is they respond quick and ready for anything ahead
We had an issue and went to talk to the people here. It was a great experience, the person at the window was extremely friendly and all our problems were resolved. The waiting area is nice, there are a couple leather seats with some magazines about Stone Mountain Park.
