Very disappointing experience at this location. We arrived around 11:03 PM and the restaurant was not busy, yet our food did not arrive until about 11:33 PM, and we received the check around 11:45 PM. While ordering, the server (Sophia) did not allow me to finish speaking and walked away before I completed my order. I had to call her back just to finish ordering my drink. This felt very disrespectful. Because of this experience, I did not feel comfortable ordering additional food, even though I originally planned to. This resulted in a lost sale due to the lack of professional service. We also noticed a clear difference in how she treated another table. First off, the tables were all dirty. The restrooms were worse. The manager at the register was lazy and careless. The food was ok but the server was nice. They have a designated area for homeless and senior citizens. That's not an excuse to have the place smelly and dirty. I hadn't been here in over 5 years definitely won't ever come back it made me disgusted.
