Pho Saigon

The pho was really good. Broth was rich but not salty at all, and the seasoning was very well balanced. Chicken was not dry and was tender. The egg rolls were crispy on the outside, and the filling had plenty of meat. I also liked that they were not too greasy. I also ordered Vietnamese coffee. It tasted good, but it was pretty sweet, so keep that in mind if you do not like sweet.

We were greeted and served immediately with a smile, which made for a great first impression. The staff was friendly and attentive. While the portions were reasonable, nothing about the food really stood out. It lacked a unique or memorable touch. The restaurant feels a bit outdated, and the bathrooms definitely needed to be cleaned and fixed up. However, there was plenty of space for large parties, which is a plus. The pricing felt high for what was offered, especially since the food didn’t have a distinct taste. While we enjoyed our time there, we’re not sure if we’ll be back.

My wife and I have heard so many great recommendations about Pho Saigon we finally got to try it. We were not disappointed the food was excellent. The spring rolls were the best spring rolls we have ever had. The service was great and they prepare the food very quickly. The pho was very tasty and was a great portion size. Overall we had a great experience and will be back again.

Delicious pho, but slow service. The broth is flavorful and the portions are huge. They even provide bamboo shoots, peppers and lemongrass to customize your bowl, which is a nice touch. Just keep in mind the timing: we had a 30-minute wait to be seated and a 30-minute wait for the food.

bruh we literally just left the restaurant because once we were seated NOBODY gave us menus. Like??? People who came after got served first. One of the staff even passed by and was like “Did you guys receive menus?” And then never came back to give us menus. 02/18/26 @ 6:30-7:00 PM. Another staff gave menus to other EMPTY tables. And no, we did not just walk in there and sit on an empty table, we waited and were sat by who I assume was the host.
