Denny's Restaurant

This is a waitress currently when I visited yesterday February 19th 2026 Cheyenne Somers this was the service that I got from her, after having my order made wrong and being spoken to and treated condescendingly & rude by the manager. Describing it as he was being nice and funny. I did get an apology from the 2-week-old manager Jason nonetheless, this lady has not been reprimanded. Not only was the food trash other than the fries, the seasoned fries. A couple of people that I know that used to work in the kitchen described it as being nasty and disgusting and they would never go back in there 🤮🤢 I would love to speak to someone pertaining to this issue

Negative experience. I placed an online order at Denny’s, and my salad arrived without the meat, even though it was clearly included in the order and paid for. This is unacceptable, especially for online orders. It seems there is no proper order check before sending food out. Very disappointed with the service.

If it was possible to give lower, I would. Staff is rude, slow, and completely incompetent.I was told 20 minutes on my order when I tried to pick it up, and I was told it wasn't ready when I asked if they could check on it. They refused and whined cause they had a busy day. 53 minutes later, they bring me my food well part of it. And then claimed they couldn't refund the missing items. Even better, the food is cold and almost as bad as the service. Don't worry, you have one less customer. I will never be back!

Be careful, to ask about the charges for the Sides . They don't list the sides that go with meal. They only list the high price sides. The MANAGER was aggravated when we asked about the high prices. We rate the food a 2 star and the waitress a 10. The Waitress was excellent. We suggest you tell your Waitress to tell everyone about the sides that come with meal. We will not eat there again.

Our visit today was a bit of a mix of good and bad. Our server took excellent care of us. She was very kind, attentive, and kept our drinks full. Unfortunately they were out of a lot of items as they hadn't gotten one truck, and the other had only just arrived. I had looked at the menu online to decide what I wanted and sure enough, they were out of both items. The food I did end up getting was good, even if the crepes were missing the berries, our server got me bananas which sufficed. They're currently doing some intense loud construction at the truck stop attached so in order to use the rest room you have to go on an adventure back outside, into the gas station, and alllll the way on the other side in the back use the trucker area. Not Denny's fault but is good to take into account for t
