Dennis Public Library

The Dennis Public Library is warm, welcoming, and well-organized. A great spot to read, study, or just enjoy some quiet time.

Very spacious and bright library with lots of parking in the back. The children’s room had books, games, and plenty of seating for accompanying adults. There was also a unique study/reading pod in the adult section.

Books, dvds, jigsaw puzzles, games, and more. Large meeting room, kids section, self checkout.

The Dennis Port Public library on Hall Street in Dennis Port is a great library! The adults are very kid friendly and it is a beautiful building. Every Thursday there is a pictured storybook reading with a craft activity after the story. The librarian was an expressive reader and kept the interest of my 3 year old. The craft was engaging for all the participants (the ages appeared to range from 3 to 9). For these reasons, the staff and the library as a whole deserve 10 stars but I can give them 5! This place is a “must visit” for kids and adults alike!

Great Library! Staff is always super helpful. The online portal works well to get the book I want, along with the kids summer reading. They had an hour long free program about the night sky and constellations that was fun and educational for the children.
