Del's Roadside

Food was decent. Not the greatest but definitely far from the worst. Staff was ok. The bigger dude was cool and answering questions. The flamboyant dude was kind of a jerk. Parking is decent. The place looks good from the outside. The inside however is a different story. That place needs a makeover big time. The floors are horrible and there's too much open space. It feels like a cafeteria in a nursing home up in there. Add some decor. Food I'd say 3-4 stars. Staff 4 stars for big guy, 1 star for the flamboyant guy. Atmosphere and decor, no. Prices are not bad. The burger was decent, the fries were fries. The chicken popper things, nope, don't do it. Would I stop here again? Maybe. Would I dine in? Nope. Same owners as dels in Rhinebeck. Our food was served very fast and we both enjoyed our burgers. Fountain soda was very refreshing

One of the best veggie burgers I’ve ever had. Always friendly and kind. Excellent food, service, and milkshakes! Nice outdoor area to enjoy in warm weather.

Del’s new tap room reminds me of the old favorite Dyad ! It has great beer selection and very good burgers and entrees curated by the very talented Michelle Van Allen ! A warm and refreshing place with a charming rear entrance!

The Mexican Hot Chocolate ice cream was seriously one of the best ice creams I have ever had in my life. *My rating is based on Mexican Hot Chocolate ice cream alone since I did not have any other food item here.
