Staff is very helpful. There are options of Acai Bowls, Bubble Tea, Smoothies, Milkshakes, and Fro-Yo. There is also a large variety of toppings, and a half off deal on Tuesdays between 3-6PM.

I wanted to give this place a 0 if possible. We wanted some boba tea, and ordered the Almond something boba tea. When the order came out, it was absolutely atrocious. Not a single flavor gave an ef that day, the girl simply put the caramel syrup on the side of cup and then pour the milk in for us. If I wanted to drink milk I'd stayed home. I asked for a refund and the girl REFUSED to give any back. Proceed to make a new drink for free, and round 2 was even worst. She gave me couple scoops of chocolate powder and only half of it dissolve. The service and the product DO NOT live up to their name.

We showed up 35 minutes before closing and the two people working seemed very reluctant to serve us. As one of the girls took our order, she told the other to turn off the outside lights and close the door, which I thought was odd since they weren’t supposed to close for a while. We ended up waiting quite a bit for our drinks, and as soon as we left the building, they turned off the inside lights and seemed like they were closing. Which again, was super weird, and felt very unwelcoming. If it was just for the passive aggressive customer service, I wouldn’t be leaving this review. I understand that it can be really hard to work in customer service, and that they may have had a long day. I love the froyo, however, I just showed up at 7:40 and the two workers working at the time had the door locked and they were cleaning up when it specifically says on the door “winter hours Tuesday-Sunday 1-8”. Just think the sign should say 1-7:30 then.

I went there this evening around 7:30. They close at 8. The employees started to turn out the lights while we were in the store. The boba tea we ordered was all milk and water with hard almost crunchy boba and no flavor.
