Delish

Was wanting some nice home cooked food and stopped here based off of reviews and they did not disappoint!! I just got some sides and the Mac, yams, and black eyed peas were AMAZING. 10/10 will be coming back! Would much rather stop in here than go through a drive thru! Such a great price for amazing quality food.

Delicious soul food. Dinner: Okra, shrimp, chicken and sausage over rice, 3 pcs fried chicken and cornbread Red beans and rice with cornbread and 3pc fried chicken. $12.99 each plate

In the area for work. I was finally able to visit this place especially since they are only open for 3 hours or so. I ended up ordering the Crawfish Etouffee w/catfish. The sides were potato salad and corn. The Etouffee was pretty decent only complaint is the rice was a little sticky. The fish was well cooked and moist ( just a little salty). The staff was friendly and helpful. My only advice to the owners of this place is to please have them lower the music in the waiting area. It was way too loud for an area that small.

Being an out of towner who visits Alexandria often, I always try new restaurants and stumbled up on Delish. Delicious and 5 stars is an understatement. Service was GREAT as well as the food definitely would recomend!!!

My highest compliment and recommendation goes to this restaurant & catering business. Highly professional, great quality, and very delicious food. They were easy to work with and provided an amazing dining/event experience for our 117th Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated Founders' Day Celebration for the Zeta Lambda Omega and Phi Gamma Omega Chapters.
