Deli Italiano Arlington

I've lived in this neighborhood for nearly 9 years and never knew about Deli Italiano! So good. I had the The Italiano sandwich, and wife had the Chicken Philly. Both were delicious! We'll definitely be back to this little gem.

We love Deli Italiano! They have t the best pizza and BLT sandwich I have ever had. The staff are always so nice and friendly. The atmosphere feels like home. Their 2 slices of pizza and soda deal is great. Two huge slices and their fountain coke is better than McDonald's! It's the best pizza place in Arlington!!!

Customer and prompt service is my gripe. I’ve come to this place on my 30 minute lunch break during work. I order a chicken sandwich meal dining in. Order wasn’t ready after 30 minutes of standing by. I tried to get manager’s attention that I needed to go, no fuss but that I just needed to get back on shift for work. She either didn’t hear me or something else. I don’t know. But I had to go and couldn’t spare anymore time waiting. I had already paid for my meal of about 17 dollars. I would have asked to be made whole and attempted to but manager was unresponsive to me. I ended up leaving a bit disappointed about the experience and being out 17 dollars. On the positive side I will say the ranch dipping sauce at this place is really good. Hopefully whoever comes here gets better service than

The gentleman taking my order was extra attentive when bringing me my food. He went as far as to grab me some ketchup, and that was very much appreciated. I got a small steak and cheese, and it tasted delicious. There was a fair amount of meat in it, and the fries were covered in some sort of breading but needless to say they were not too salty not too plain and the environment was very calm not too loud with the TV or the music and the staff working in the kitchen area were very soft-spoken amongst each other creating a very nice environment

Second time coming to Deli Italian in Arlington, VA and it was just as good as the first! The food was fresh and really tasty, and the staff were genuinely kind and welcoming. You can tell they care about their customers. Definitely a spot I’ll keep coming back to.
