Del Taco

The food here is great. I love Del Taco. What I don’t love is ordering food online and then pulling into the location and seeing that they’re closed. It was late, but according to Maps and Google they should’ve been open. I placed an online order just to arrive and see the lights off and no cars outside. I had my taste set on Del Taco. It was very disappointing. There is no timeframe or notice on their app that lets you know that the location is currently closed, they just let you place an order whenever and take your money! Thankfully I was able to cancel the order but I’m upset and now have to wait for a refund. I just went to the Krystal down the road because at least they’re open all night and I can get food when I order it

They messed up my order which is fine I should have checked before pulling off. No receipt so I’m not sure what I was charged for. And the boba lemonade tasted like lemon water. The fries were good even though I ordered the loaded carne asada and received regular beef

Ordered 2 Nachos, extra sour cream! There was hardly any sour cream, seasoned (not) beef only on one Nacho, the other had tons of beans! Both were horrible! We threw them out. This isn't normal! But, we won't be back!

Definitely not what it used to be, This restaurant was one of our weekly favorites but since the previous owner sold out they have done nothing but gone down hill ever since. The food isn’t as good, service isn’t with a smile and the place is nasty and not clean anymore. Their drink machine has been broken in the lobby for the past 6 months. Hope they get their act together and clean this place up and get the service back and good quality back on point.

Was feeling a bit hungry and I wanted my grilled chicken burrito. Got hubby (4) tacos. (2) Soft shelled with just meat and cheese. Got hubby (2) hard shell tacos as well with just meat and cheese. Hubby was working 16 hours and he really needed something to eat as well as I did.
