Went through drive-thru for a singular bean and cheese burrito. Female proceeds to tell me the total was $5. I got to the window, I asked her if she got my order right. One Bean and cheese burrito. She said yes and then says, "only cash". She was literally scamming me so she could skim the difference and steal the money.

Why would I leave you a message on a different email? I already told you how bad your customer service is here, just try to fix it instead of leaving generic replies with no intention of fixing lazy employee’s and poor customer service. Went in about 9:45 11/07/2025 to order, and I don’t like ordering from the kiosk, especially since it looked like they haven’t been cleaned in days. They leave you standing there knowing you want to order, then when you ask if someone is going to take my order the little guy doing the least amount of work while the two women are working their hearts out say use the kiosk, I said I don’t like them he just rolled his eyes like the lazy person he is. The food was good and hot, very fresh. Service was friendly. The location was very clean. The only down side was it was fairly cold in the dining area.

My favorite Del Taco. Always nice service. They customize my orders with no problem and always get it right. Fast and easy quick bite.

If I could give 0 stars I would. But I do recommend DO NOT GO HERE ! If you want to be treated disrespectfully. The manager Francisco is the worst!
