Del Fuego

Small place. Came early on a Monday and food is fresh and service super. Add a star if you get Nil as your server. Friendly, thorough and helpful.

I had the ground beef chimichanga which was very good, nice portion size a little soggy but you can blame the beans for that. The fries were AMAZING, seriously get them. The supreme trio my partner said the Mahi fried tuna was bland, Birria was good but had like a “reheated meat” taste, the chicken taco was good. The chili was fantastic we ate with the chips that was served.

I had a wonderful experience at Del Fuego, Saint James. I had gotten the shrimp quesadilla, and my husband had gotten the Del Fuego Burger. The food was outstanding and we both had enjoyed our time. The service was amazing as well as the music taste. Our waitress Serenity had done an amazing job, was very attentive, food was correct (as my husband has food allergies) and has a bright welcoming personality. As well as the bartending service. I had celebrated my birthday with my girlfriends not to long ago and my experience was just as amazing! I will definitely be coming back for more mojitos and food! 10/10!

Food was good. Service was the worst I ever had. I had accidentally spilled my drink which the server did replace at no extra charge. (Thank you.) The problem was after the spill nobody came with more napkins so I had to take from other tables and everyone's at my own table as well. Not only did nobody come by with more napkins, but the used napkins pile sat there as well as all of our used dishes etc so we had no room for anything else to be placed on table. The server came back noticed I couldn't put my food down cause of this huge pile of napkins, which still was never removed. It wasn't until another server came and I said something and then we received extra napkins. The other server also had the bus boy clean up the extra dishes and napkin mound. Our family regularly orders from del Fuego and we especially like the birria items. Food is always delicious and consistent and I am learning that's hard to find nowadays. I also especially appreciate the management. I recently had an issue with an order (mistakes happen) and the manager handled the problem above and beyond my expectations. A reliable, staple restaurant in St. James.
