Deer Creek Fire & Stone

This is a go to place for us when we're in Cabot. My wife almost always orders the Calzone supreme, and did again this time. I ordered the chicken bacon ranch version and was not disappointed. Surprisingly they come with a side, almost guaranteeing you're going to need a take home box for what's left. My wife could make 3 meals out of one calzone. I have never been disappointed with our service or the food we have ordered. This is another place that stays busy, but that means folks like to come here. Love it!

While visiting Cabot, AR this past weekend, I had the chance to dine at Deer Creek Fire and Stone, and it did not disappoint. The service was spot on, the restaurant was spotless, and the place was packed wall to wall with customers — always a good sign. The menu was loaded with options, but I had to stick within my food preferences. I went with the Hamburger Steak smothered in Brown Gravy, paired with double steamed seasoned broccoli, and we also grabbed an order of nachos. Let me tell you — that hamburger steak easily ranks in my Top 5 of all time, and the nachos weren’t far behind. Honestly, I wish I had stayed in town another day because I would’ve gone back in a heartbeat. A big menu change has caused the food quality to go down but definitely not the prices. The kickin shrimp doesn’t have as much sauce as it used to and why in the world would any one take away the redneck fries. That item was a menu staple super easy and super pleasing! A real crowd, pleaser are gone just like their food quality! Service was great but the food not so much.

GREAT burgers! (And I own a real burger joint) Service was great! Prices reasonable, especially for the quality. My only disappointment was the size of their pick 3 appetizer. But that was a MINOR issue
