I came in to get a tea Friday and the girls were just RUDE!! Not only that but the tea was also terrible. If you plan on keeping customers I highly recommend fixing your workers and teaching them how to be polite when it comes to your customers.

Absolutely the best place around for any and everything you name it! Has the best service and very helpful and kind! The teas are sooooo good and their coffee has to be my favorite too! Definitely will be going back maybe once a day now! Hehe!

We are locals and visit this place for their hand dipped/hard ice cream by bluebell. They have a variety of flavors and the price is good. As long as they have cookies and cream, we’re happy and the other flavors are always usually worth trying. They usually have small tables and chairs inside to sit and eat. They have vendors like a market inside the store where other businesses can sell clothes and gifts. I have not found anything I need yet and there is not much for kids. But I feel ok with my older kids walking around. Their service is not very expressive and could be a little bit more talkative to customers to make them feel more welcome.

I've been going to Deep South for a few years now. Loved their lifted teas! Then when they grew their menu....wow! Their coffee is one of my husband's and my favorite coffee!(and he's picky about his coffee 😉) we both highly recommend the Deep South! Recently, the loaded alanis are mmmmmm!!! Just go!

She sold me fake Nikes which paying 100 seemed like they wasn't and didnt tell me until I asked about a Gucci purse she had here. She said it was people who are from there's shoe and clothing line so I thought they were revamps. I always support local brands because I'm a business owner myself. Then I looked at them and was like o yea they are fake. My husband asked if I could return it and she said no. Nothing in there says no returns at that. I haven't ever bought anything fake other than 1 pair of shoes from a shoeman n learned a lesson. Clothes are over priced too. She took advantage of me knowing I wasnt from here. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE. I wouldn't recommend going to someone who take advantage of people.
