Dean's Shaved Ice

Forgot to take a picture before diving right in! I came here on a Sunday night for the first time. I ordered an egg custard and strawberry shaved ice with marshmallow and chocolate sprinkles and the couple taking my order were very kind. They let me know they’ll be open for another week this season and will be back in April. The flavors in my shaved ice were balanced and I’m excited to visit again =)

Best in the area! They do not skimp on the syrup and marshmallow cream. Owners are super nice as well.

Definitely the most worth the money snowball. No skimping on syrup nor marshmallow here. No baby spoons either. Plus a nice little place to slow down and take a minute, sit and enjoy your sweet treat. And best of all, you'll always get your service with a wonderful smile. Thank you Dean for 15+ years! I can see why!

I kept seeing Snoball places driving around Baltimore and figured it was a local thing. I stopped here since it was the best rated one in the area and the pictures looked the best. The owners of the shop recommended egg custard plus marshmallow. It was delicious! The only thing I would consider changing (and this is a personal preference) is to make the temperature of the ice a little more snowy. Would definitely come back if I was in the area!

I have been going to this place since my dad first brought me here in 2000. This guy remembers his regulars even after the season ended and opens up the next year! Now i finally get to take my own kid here for her first snowball! He is very generous with the syrup and toppings. Well worth the money and the experience they give you. 10 / 10 will be going again.
