Customer Reviews
I can’t say enough about this place. The staff was wonderful the owner was so nice and helpful. The food was great, they really made my day so very special. I would recommend have your wedding reception here as the first choice. I called so many restaurants and no one could accommodate 30 people. I call Dead Bear Brewing Co. and they sent all my stresses away. Love this place we will be back everytime we go up north.❤️
The beer was good. Our server was great. But the food was disappointing. So much for their advertising "premium" burgers. My patty melt looked like it was stepped on and then tossed on a plate with basically no onions and 14 french fries. Management should work on food service and presentation.
It had been a few years since we last visited Dead Bear. We ordered a variety of dishes, starting with the gluten-free chicken tenders, which had a wonderfully crispy and flavorful breading—not soggy at all. Our guest was thrilled to find gluten-free chicken tenders, as they’re not commonly available. She also ordered sweet potato fries, which might just be the best we've ever had—seriously, they were that good. Next, I tried the spicy Thai noodle salad, which was tasty but could benefit from a bit more crunch. It included a few slivered almonds, but adding more crunchy elements would really enhance it. The highlight of our meal was the “pig tails and cheese,” which is macaroni and cheese topped with pulled pork and bacon. This dish was fantastic; I couldn’t stop tasting it and will defi
Stopped for lunch. Got seated right away, and server took our order within a few minutes. He had a hefeweizen beer that he really liked. I had a chicken teriyaki salad. Unusual, but tasty and I couldn't finish it all! He had a burger that he really enjoyed. Good food, good beer and we would come here again!
Staff excellent, beer very good - food however not so- burger was a disappointment all the fried food tasted like last Friday's fish fry. Extremely overpriced for the quality of burger- Tipped the waitstaff well because they deserved it. The kitchen however - management needs to address the issue - and I have personally worked in a bar/ food service and my advice is go to taco bell for better food- very disappointed in the quality of food and the price paid for such a disappointment.
