They dont use food safe metals in their production process(i.e. scraper blades), see below where the lady found metal in her food. Ive notified all appropriate authorities for their deception to their customers! Ive also notified this company and have yet to hear back or hear of a solution to this problem. Avoid their food at all cost!

If I could give a zero I would. We have enjoyed these buttermilk pancakes for several years. Convenient and delicious. Today, however I found HAIR. NOT ONE BUT SEVERAL. They were long and reddish blonde. My husband is 88 and I 71. We have white hair and ours is short not long like the ones in the pancakes. I have photos

If I could give them zero stars I would. My son was eating the mini pancakes from this brand, and felt something sharp and hot on his tongue, just as he had take a bite out of a 3rd mini pancake and there was this small metal object with two sharp ends on it. Unfortunately it is Friday and even though we are in different time zones the earliest I can call is Monday morning. My son is now at the emergency room because it did burn his tongue and pierce it. I WILL NEVER EVER BUY YOUR PRODUCTS AGAIN.
