De La Vega -Wine, Tapas & Sangria- DeLand

Been wanting to try this place since moving to DeLand and I finally made it happen. The visit did not disappoint!! The flavors of the Empanadas and the Enchiladas were incredible. I especially loved the Mole Sauce on the Enchilada. Very friendly service and prompt service too. Sitting outside on a beautiful day with the Sangria, Food and people watching…it was hard to beat. I will definitely be back to enjoy more of the menu.

We are regular patrons and wanted to let you know we had an excellent dining experience on NYE. Please give our compliments to the Chef, the food was fresh, colorful and delicious. Samantha is so friendly, she’s so detailed and warm.

The food was amazing! So original and flavors are still on my mind! Will do the brunch again anytime. Service was excellent.

The three of us enjoyed our food, one of us being a local. I had the Chipotle Glazed Salmon. Enjoyed every bit of it. The slight kick (Chipotle) is nice. The salmon plopped on it had to be two inches thick at the large end. ( I asked for it to be lightly cooked.) I've never had salmon cooked throughout but still lightly done the way the chef did it. To me, this dish was a culinary masterpiece.

Weekend brunch unlimited for 23.95 is where it’s at! The food is amazing. The restaurant was hot today, the AC was on but unless you were under a vent you were cooking. The server was friendly and prompt. Perfect place to grab a bite!
