Whit's Frozen Custard

What an amazing little shop! So delicious and very accommodating. I of course ordered like 14 toppings for my bowl of custard, and the manager was more than happy to oblige. Everything was so delicious and what a fabulous little spot to grab a nice treat!

This three stars isnt for the store as a whole, but for this specific product. I love Whits but i wanted to let yall know so in the future this product can improve. The Dubai Chocolate sundae misses the mark, but has the potential to be great. The kanaef/kaitefi being on top was not a good idea, too rough and sharp to be on top. It’d be better on the bottom so the custard can soften it. I feel like your pistachio creme doesnt match your chocolate custard. The creme is too sour— needs more of a savory taste. Honestly those are the two main issues that need to be fixed. I would also reccomend instead of this being a sundae, making it a milkshake or a whittie. I feel like the flavors could be more evenly distributed in a milkshake or whittie form (milkshake is the best option). I really do t

Wit’s Frozen Custard is the real deal! Hands down one of the best frozen treats in DeLand — creamy, rich, and absolutely worth every bite. The flavor selection is awesome, and they always have something fun on the menu (the flavor of the day is a must-try!). Staff is super friendly and patient, even when we take forever to decide between all the mix-in options. We stopped in for a quick dessert and ended up wishing we had bigger stomachs. The custard is that good — smooth, not too sweet, and full of flavor. Bonus points for clean seating, quick service, and that small-town charm that makes you feel welcome. If you’re in DeLand and need to cool off, skip the generic chains and go straight to Wit’s. Custard cravings: officially satisfied!

We can’t say enough about this amazing custard shop!! The custard is THE best - hands down. But it’s actually the people who made this experience so sweet. The service was outstanding! Love, love, love Whit’s!!
