De Food Truck

Stop here if you are a weary traveler in need of a decent meal or just headed home from work. I was headed to Interlochen State Park and found a unique option. Plates include Asian inspired street food, as well as classic fish and chips, and definitely on point. I'm not sure how this little gem landed in the deep woods outside of Traverse City, but it's tasty, quick and delicious. Outdoor seating on picnic tables under the cover of fall trees was just right.

omg, this place is incredible!! regardless of if you have celiac/gluten problems, the food is exceptional. it isnt "good for being gluten free", its just good. and everyone is so friendly and kind, just an incredible place that i am adding to my destination list every time. oh and also the use of dill in the sauce😻absolutely phenomenal

We absolutely LOVED the food! We got the Thai curry rice bowls and they were delicious, plus the presentation was amazing as well! We highly recommend checking this place out. It’s got a nice cozy vibe and the people running it are super friendly and welcoming!

The most delicious squid steak EVER. Super tender and moist, not chewy at all, breading was prefect. I got the mild yellow curry sauce and it paired so well, I’m already missing it! Husband (celiac) got the fish and chips which he loved! Highly highly recommend, 10/10 check out if you are in the traverse area. Owner was super nice and answered all of our questions kindly.

Great fish and great fries! Cod was so fresh, crispy with a super light batter! Some of the best fish I've had. Fries were hot & crispy. Loved it. Owner was so nice and asked us how our meal was. This is a great option if you are in Traverse City. Find them & check it out!
