This was second time having dinner here in ten years! I can’t remember what I had in 2015, but on Friday I had the Bronzino and my husband had the Filet Mignon. We also shared the gnocchi as an appetizer. The food was made to perfection. I don’t know how the chef does it. My Bronzino was very buttery peeling away from the skin and the peppers that accompanied were seasoned so well. I wish we could have date night here every month but the gnocchi appetizer portion was too small for the price and we were charged $8 for one bottle of sparkling water. Also would be nice if there were more entrees to choose from. This particular evening had only 1-2 non seafood options. We had a reservation and still had to wait 20-30 minutes for our table as well.

I had read the reviews of D'Floret on line, and was expecting to be impressed. As it stands, it was the best meal I've enjoyed all year, and this view was unanimous among my 3 dining companions. What a hidden gem this restaurant is, and it was well worth the 45 minute drive to Lambertville from our house. I'm looking forward to future visits!

All the energy and style of a small intimate European restaurant. The food was excellent. The gnocchi and tortellini are not to be missed. Our cod was cooked to perfection and the desserts were sublime

April 2024 Update - Have been here several times since last review two years ago but just had to update to say it remains one of the best restaurants in the area. Gnocchi and Tortellini appetizers were to perfection and the Halibut and Perch fish entrees were beyond delicious. It's nice to eat somewhere repeatedly and know ahead of time the meal will be stellar. June 2022 update - Second time here and once again, everything was excellent! Four of us enjoyed five appetizers, four entrees, and three desserts ...all of which were perfectly prepared and wonderfully delicious. Also ate outside this time and the patio just adds to the great meal and stellar service. April 2022 - My only regret in dining at D'Floret was being so distracted by the great food, that I forgot to take photos! First

We finally got to experience De Floret and we were extremely impressed. Quaint and charming spot in Lambertville . Off the beaten path a bit so it was quiet and parking was no problem. Well staffed and the servers were very friendly. Aps, mains and deserts were perfect. The courses were served at a perfect pace . We will for sure be back!!!
