If I could give no stars, I would. $15 for ONE potato with sauce and the potato was rotten. See the picture. When I called them to let them know, because I ordered it take-out, the lady said, "oh, I didn't look at it before I put the sauce on top". So, they don't even inspect the food. Don't go. I dont want you to get sick of rotten food. I am mad that I tasted the one end, which was small before I noticed yhe next piece was rotten. The piece i did taste needed salt. The dish was tasteless. I threw it out obviously.

The seafood was excellent, and they serve a lot. For the chicken and pork ribs were okay . But I do recommend the spicy sauce(medium spicy) and the maracuya(passion fruit) drink.

First time at this location of D’Carbon. I heard it was recently open and it did not disappoint. It’s a small spot full of great food. I ordered the half chicken with rice for take out. The service here was great, very friendly. Another great local eatery for Peruvian food. The rotisserie chicken was seasoned perfectly- juicy and tender. The arroz chaufa was delicious. Salad was great too- enjoyed it with their house dressing. Will come back again to explore the menu.

This Restaurant is very special for me I feel like family member with the workers and every worker in this restaurant be very responsible with his job especially the girls and the cooker in the grill
