DaYung's Tea -Tempe

My favorite tea spot! You can smell the fresh tea as soon as you walk in. The place is small but always clean. My all-time favorite drink is the Pink Beauty with 30% sugar, it's perfectly balanced and refreshing. In the winter, I switch to their warm boba tea, which is just as good. The service is always great and fast. I highly recommend this awesome Taiwanese tea spot!

Love their boba! They have perfected the chew & taste. Individual pearls are smaller than other places and are easily slurped up the big straw without a struggle. Plentiful boba & large drink sizes! The oolong milk tea was tasty and the best drink we ordered. Next time I would order 50% sweet as I prefer mine less sweet. We also ordered the boba milk tea and pudding milk tea. The pudding was delicious but I had a hard time getting bits up my straw. Overall, clean dining area and efficient employees. Yum! I’ll definitely be back!

I used to come here a lot, when the original owner started it like 7 years ago and have been always like their authentic Chinese tea for boba (like Guan Lin Latte, etc). However, things has changed and the current owner or management hasnt been great. Quality went down (I used to love their boba, they were really bouncy and tasted fresh. Now ones are smaller and taste like days old). Very disappointing 😞

I really have no idea what to think of this place. I literally have no bearing or standard by which to measure whatever the heck this place is. It’s not a smoothie stand. It’s not a boba shop. It’s not a tea house. It’s somehow all of the above and yet none of them at the same time. As a noob, I had no idea how or what to order. Call me uncultured, that’s totally fine and probably accurate. I let my daughters order whatever sounded good to them, but I’m certain even they had no clue what they were doing (and they’re half Chinese). The menu was too busy and confusing for me to even bother to look at. The music was loud and obnoxious and belonged in a Scottsdale nightclub. I can’t say I had a good time, spending $15 on two drinks that my girls didn’t really enjoy. I just don’t get it, man

Friendly and patient customer service. I love that the menu is simple and not loaded with overly sugary beverages. These are the best boba shops. The boba was right on with the texture and taste. I'd say within my top 4 boba shops in all o Phoenix area.
