Dave's Hot Chicken

I ordered my meal off Uber. Straight off the bat when I opened my bag it looked like everything had just been thrown inside. Something had been like leaking and it was a mess. The tender that I got had like half a piece of chicken and the six piece nugget or whatever it was so underwhelming you’re paying five dollars for a dollar worth of fries. I was so disappointed because I haven’t had Dave’s in a while. Don’t order online because they simply just don’t care my $45 have been wasted! never again.

If you’re craving bold flavors and spicy perfection, Dave’s Hot Chicken hits the mark! I tried the medium chicken #4, and it brought the perfect kick without overwhelming the flavor. The chicken was juicy, crispy, and packed with seasoning in every bite. Especially with the toasted bun, pickles, and that creamy Dave’s sauce. The crinkle-cut fries? Classic and crispy. I also loved the mac & cheese — creamy comfort food to balance the heat. Staff was friendly, the service was quick, and the vibe was cool and casual. Whether you’re a spice lover or just want something flavorful and filling, this place is worth the hype.And definitely grab extra sauce on the side.

I’m visiting for a family trip in Illinois and me and my wife decided to come try out this place. It was Amazing!!! Desmond took our order and was very nice and very respectable. Although it was very pricy, the tenders and kale slaw were amazing.

I am extremely disappointed with how my 16-year-old nephew was treated at Dave’s Hot Chicken in Naperville il He was given a complimentary slider card directly from a Dave’s Hot Chicken promotion. When he went to redeem it, he was refused service. The manager on duty told him they would not accept the card, and the GM, Luise, reportedly said he made the decision not to honor those cards. How can a major corporate company distribute complimentary promotional cards and then refuse to honor them at another location? That makes absolutely no sense and reflects very poor communication within the company. What’s worse is how my nephew was treated. He was spoken to in a rude and dismissive manner and felt embarrassed in front of his friends while simply trying to redeem a valid promotional car

Chicken sandwich was pretty decent. However I ordered a match milk tea and it did not look or taste like matcha, didn’t look anything like the description. They did not offer to make me a new one or a different drink just said they use powder that’s why. Very disappointed.
