Dave's Hot Chicken

The music that plays indoors was too loud, so it was hard for the worker to hear my order. The food has very mixed results. The fried tendes tasted bland and they lacked some flavor. While I didn't add any spice to the tenders, I've eaten several other non-spicy chicken tenders with more flavor. Luckily, the fries didn't have these flaws. The white bread is another addition that made the meal acceptable enough. I'm not sure if I have any reason to come back though.

The chicken was high quality and juicy and the fries are delicious. The spot is a challenging in out and parking issue. The employees were very helpful and friendly. The overall experience is a good value. And buy my book ;)

I ordered the Cauliflower Slider with No Sauce (as the sauce & Kale Slaw have mayonnaise & I am vegan) - the food looked good, the fries were well done, but they put sauce on the slider & even included an extra sauce on the side. Couldn’t eat it, as the sauce was drizzled on the cauliflower itself. Please be more careful when preparing these items, as I was really looking forward to trying this out. May give them another try down the line.

Very friendly staff, food was cooked to perfection! I did order the “reaper,” seasoned chicken which you have to sign a waiver for if you want to try this. It’s no joke, it’s hot as heck and I probably wouldn’t recommend it. I also got the extra hot and it was delicious and still very hot! Mac and cheese is yummy and nice spin on a spicy Mac and cheese. I would have given Dave’s Hot Chicken 5 stars if they had a better dipping sauce, Dave’s sauce isn’t for me, it’s too sweet and I’m a huge ranch fan and they don’t have ranch unfortunately. Overall good experience and would recommend!

First time trying. Wanted to try when they first opened but the wait was too long. Glad we finally got to go. Jess welcomed us and was super helpful and friendly. Got the slider and top loaded fries. The in house made pickles are great addition to the chicken. Was worried it would be too hot so got mild and ended up loving the medium.
